I just got to 9th level and went to prepare more spells and it let me add my 5th level spell. It will not allow me to prepare 3 level 4 spells, just two. Is this a known technical glitch? Is there a way to get around this?
I'm guessing you've already prepared the max number of spells. Try removing some level 1 and 2 spells. Otherwise you might need to remake the character if there is some weird bug.
