I need help adding a druid circle I found in dndwiki. I tried doing it myself but it all looked Greek to me. The circle I want is the circle of rot. Any help would be appreciated.
Circle of rot reads a lot like an old PC I built a while back.
First you'll need to confirm if the DM will permit Homebrew (rot) or Unearthed Arcana builds (spores).
You'll need to offer them a convincing reason for why they would permit your druids to turn towards embracing death as an equal to life.
If they won't permit either homebrew or unearthed, then see if you can reflavor some necromantic wizard spells.
I'd advise that cantrips would be learnt based on that Classes level, but spells can be learnt at any level as long as you have the available spell slots
Eg: 2/3 the number of cantrips would be limited to each class level independent of the other class. Which ever class gets picked as the PC's 5th level selection, would now have access to that class's 3rd level spell list as long as both classes are spellcasters (see multiclassing Chap 6 pg 163 players hand book) so both class levels combined still unlock 2 3rd level spell slots (confirm with DM re druid spells access though)
What I did with mine was I would raised the undead using fungus growths instead of necrotic energy. They weren't reanimated corpses but more infected hosts.
The stats were the same as the models they were based on (skeleton/zombie) but they were treated as plants with regards to strengths and weaknesses and not as undead, nor did they carry any of the host's past memories or skills. They were a completely new life form, separate from for the original host.
A skeleton could be raised but without food to feed the fungi they didn't last for every long, maybe a minute or so.
Zombies with enough rotting meat to sustain the fungi would last up to 24 hours at which point Awaken (if unlocked) could be cast upon it, and a plant monster in the shape of the host to burst free.
Every bone replaces with dense fibrous material, every sinew, ligament and tendon replaced with fungi, and every muscle replaced with bunched up vines forming the shape of the muscle its replaced with the sane movements and functions.
Now the Awaken rules apply with the bonus benefit of having the telepathic link remaining from the first stage. For 30 days it follows your commands after which point it if the telepathic link breaks it leaves or the bond remains and it stays.
If it stays it becomes a companion, and may be permitted to level, at which point you and the DM come up with a list of changes d20/d100, with or without negative effects, you roll the die the DM keeps the list.
If its a one off change and that number rolls again evens go next number up, odds go next number down on the list.
The changes can range from, barkskin, thorn growth, food and herbs sprouting, to poisonous weeds growing or its size increasing to the next level.

What exactly are you having difficulty with?
Are you looking at multi classing into rot or having the rot circle as your level 2 choice?
Having it has my 2nd level choice. I'm trying to get it added to dnd beyond from dnd wiki.

That's the 3 best options I myself could advuse.
Homebrew for rot
Unearthed for spore
Or multi classing with a reflavored wizard.
It just occurred to me that you might be talking about custom building a homebrew in DND beyond itself.
Not how to use a non official class.
In that case you'll need to input the spells through the custom spells tab.
Name the spell what you want to call it.
Assign it to Druid or maybe even circle of spore.
Make sure to only use numbers when it asks for duration and cast time. Not words.
Use the appropriate field type ie necro divine and so on.
Input the rules of the spell in the description section. Copy and past if you must.
Make sure homebrew is activated then build your character and the new spell(s) will be available under the assigned class/subclass.
Its pretty easy once you get the hang of it.
Good luck and have fun.
