The starry Form ability states, "your body becomes luminous; your joints glimmer like stars, and glowing lines connect them as on a star chart. This form sheds bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet."
Surely this would give advantage to attacking creatures if you were lit up like a lighthouse. Guiding Bolt lights creatures up in a similar way but that is only dim light and the next attack is at advantage.
I'm struggling to see how shining with bright light doesn't give any advantage to an enemy...? Can someone please explain?

Since it doesn't say it gives them advantage, it doesn't give them advantage. Its just that simple.
