So I didn't really know if to put this in the DM's section or the druid's section but it's both a DM thing a not so much. It's about druids but not in that way of talking about the druids themselves. I asked my deity, Mielikki in my game for the permission of forming a druidic army known as "The Pack". A group of druids with animal companions of apex and predators alike. Wolves,Dogs,Panthers,Tigers,Lions etc. And she granted me a vision of me meeting another druid in a wood elf city, taking her to this secret grove I've discovered. Know, I of course don't know if my DM has anything planned but to be safe, I have to have some form of way to control this group. As in, they of course should never be as powerful as me, because that would bring it out of balance. But also because we can't have like 20-30 druids with at least 1-2 large sized panthers or wolves with us at all times. So if any of you out there have encountered this before then please, give some feedback and help. Thanks in advance! ^^
Second things second - an army of Druids with animal companions that are level 5 or higher will be an absolute nightmare on the initiative tracker since each one could hypothetically cast conjure animals, and now you've got 200 flying snakes in addition to the Druids and companions. Assuming there are other players in your party, this will quickly get tiresome for them as they have their one turn, and you've got 200+ turns (even without Conjure Animals, the Druids + Companions alone will have much more action economy than the rest of the party).
So the real question is: what exactly are you hoping to accomplish with this Druidic army? I would advise sending them to handle things that the party perhaps doesn't have time for, or perhaps have the Druids clash with the main enemy forces while the party goes past to actually fight the Big Bad - keeping them in the same initiative order that the party is in will lead to nothing but bad feels for the rest of the party.

First things first - Forest Queen be praised!
