Hi, I’ve created an Aasimar Druid that will eventually level up into Circle of the Stars and while they do get Guidance and Guiding Bolt there isn’t a ‘dedicated’ spell list like the other subclasses so I’ve been trying to think about what to take that would lend to the character and his subclass - stargazer, astro-himbo, etc. So my thoughts are to take Starry Wisp, Augury, Moonbeam, Faerie Fire, and maybe Enhance Ability.
I’ve tried looking through the forum but couldn’t find anything, if anyone has any suggestions I’d really appreciate it.
Here is the thing. twice I've played a stars druid and the DM thought it was OP (many abilities to boost ability checks, free guiding bolts, several starry forms with different focuses, etc.). One DM nerfed cosmic omen (I was autognome so also had built for success which stacks) and the other nerfed my flying race (owlin but he also always targeted my character the most because he thought it was OP). Free guiding bolts is already a huge deal. I played one shots 2014rules with stars druids and even those DMs were like...how can you cast so many spells?
It's already one of the 2 most highly rated druid subclasses (with moon). This subclass does not need any kind of a boost.

OP is just asking which spells would be thematically appropriate to prepare as part of their normal set of spells.
Oh, my bad. Guidance, guiding bolt, Starry wisp (2024), faerie fire (you could reflavor it if that is even needed), Darkvision, moonbeam, augury, divination, darkvsion, etc. But, you can flavor if needed, like spike growth and entangle are in the shape of a starmap and goodberries look like little stars.
