I think you'd be hard-pressed to convince anyone that's seen a Pteranodon skeleton and isn't going for cartoonish anthropomorphics that there's enough dexterity and opposability in the wing digits of a pterodactyl to wield a humanoid-style weapon usefully in them.
That image woefully misinterprets where the wrist is. And a lot of other things, now that I look at it closely. I assume it's a machine-generated image, I don't think a human artist would invent asymmetric nonexistent wing support spurs.
