Circle Of Stars - Chalice Form healing question

Hello hive-mind.

Has it always been the case (in 2024 rules) that the "Restore HP" function of Chalice form costs a bonus action?

I see that the text "Chalice: Restore HP: 1 Bonus Action" appears on the Feature and Traits page of the D&D Beyond Druid character sheet, but I've honestly never noticed it until now.

If so, that renders the feature fairly limited as healing spells which use a spell slot and also cost a bonus action e.g. Healing Word & Healing Spirit, would not invoke the additional Chalice healing. Correct?
