I'm playing in a new 5.5e game starting as a level 5 druid and I"m looking for some unique wild shape options. Ones like the Moorbounder from Explorer's guide to Wild Mount or the Ice Spider Queen from Storm King's Thunder, where they aren't actual animals and only exist in DND. Can you help provide more examples like this so I could potentially have an entire list of unique wild shapes? It can be anything so long as it is a Beast who fits within the wild shape levels and is from any official dnd sourcebook (basically can you buy it on DND beyond).
If you can use 2014 stuff, search DND Beyond for beast of the appropriate CR: Monsters for Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) Fifth Edition (5e) - D&D Beyond. Some will come up that you can't access without having purchased that book, but that will give you something to go on. pretty sure the ones you mentioned are 5e, not 5.5. Also, a lot of 5E beasts were changed to celestial or something else in 5.5 so are no longer wild shape options (giant elk, giant eagle, giant vulture, etc). The flying wild shapes are pretty limited now -- I wound up choosing giant Wasp (8th level stars druid).
I see someone mentioned the Giant fly from the Ebony Fly - figurine of wondrous power.
