My character is a True Neutral Human Druid, Circle of Wildfire that is decided to true Balance in the Universe. Like how wildfire destroy everything and ushers in new growth. I’m having a hard time finding a god that he would follow. I’m looking for a Neutral God that deals with Nature, Balance, growth, life or death. It’s a core component of his development but I can’t decide which routine I should go. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Obad-Hai, the god of nature, is neutral. He is known as the Shalm. Obad-Hai rules nature and the wilderness, and he is a friend to all who live in harmony with the natural world. Barbarians, rangers, and druids sometimes worship him. The domains he is associated with are Air, Animal, Earth, Fire, Plant, and Water. Because Obad-Hai strictly adheres to neutrality, he is a rival of Ehlonna. Obad-Hai plays a shalm (a double-reed woodwind musical instrument, also spelled “shawm”) and takes his title from this instrument. His favored weapon is the quarterstaff.
Silvanus saw and balanced all, meting out wild water and drought, fire and ice, life and death. Hold your distance and take in the total situation, rather than latching on to the popular idea of what is best. All is in cycle, deftly and beautifully balanced. It is the duty of the devout to see this cycle and the sacred Balance as clearly as possible. Make others see the Balance and work against those that would disturb it. Watch, anticipate, and quietly manipulate. Resort to violence and open confrontation only when pressured by time or hostile action. Fight against the felling of forests, banish disease wherever you find it, defend the trees, and plant new flora wherever possible. Seek out, serve, and befriend the dryads and learn their names. Kill only when needful, destroy fire and its employers, and beware orcs and others who bring axes into the forest.
Not sure how much you wan to lean into the fire theme. Kossuth is the primal Elemental deity of fire. Neutral, though possibly a bit more lawful than some of the other Neutral gods.
You might also want to consider getting some more context about Druid faiths in general in older editions of D&D and decide from there.
Garyx is actually the god of fire, destruction, and renewal but unfortunately he's chaotic evil and almost exclusively worshiped by red and gold dragons. However , according to the wiki, "Some druids revered the renewal aspect of Garyx, knowing that devastation was necessary for rejuvenation."
Also, as someone else has pointed out, Kossuth is another good option. He has three monistic orders; one good, one evil, and one neutral, though all tend to lean on the lawful side. the neutral order , the Brothers and Sisters of the Purifying Flame, focused on balancing the destructive and purifying aspects of fire, where as the other two orders focused on only one side.
I'll leave some links to the respected wiki's to help.
