Can a druid have multiple druidic focuses? I currently have my focus as my quarterstaff, however if I lose my staff, it is broken, or if I find a better staff I would lose the use of my focus (I have a shield in my other hand, so I do not jave a free hand). My DM and I are discussing this but we disagree. Anything official out there regarding this?
People often get more foci for this reason. I would say yes, as long as you don't have another staff. Or maybe another staff. I think totem and plants (mistletoe) are the best, cause they can be hidden, and are easy to say that aren't dangerous. Like gandalf in lord of the rings. But most DMs will take staffs away as a guard. But most won't realize that the totem is magical.
