There currently isn't a Stat Block for the Summon Beast spell. Your best option is to create Homebrew creatures for each type (Land, Air and Sea) and calculate the stats based on your Proficiency Bonus and casting levels. It's annoyingly complicated, but it's the only way to do it until DDB implements it properly.

I would recommend making the summoned creature's CR equal to your level so that you get the right PB.
The community had stepped up to fill in the lack of bestial spirit stat blocks with homebrew options available to add in extras but they kicked all the publicly shared versions for copyright infringement within the last few days. Now you have to create your own. Hopefully that means they are actually going to add their own soon and not that they are just making life harder for everyone.

They haven't appeared in the year since this last post, so indeed it is purely for "copyright" reasons, and "making life harder for everyone". :-(
Is this for use on a VTT? I use Summon Elemental quite a bit on Roll20 with the Beyond20 extension and I just click on the spell, and from the fly out window can click on some things from the stat block there. Your spell attack is already on your sheet to roll attacks and, at least in Roll20, it’s simple to use the dice roller to roll the proper die plus the flat bonus+spell level for damage.
Maybe I’m missing something that people are looking for?
edit: or this is just an old thread and the stat block is kind of there now.
Is it possible to add the bestial spirit from Summon Beast spell anywhere on DnD Beyond? Like you can add stuff animal forms under extras?
I looked, but couldn't find it. Did I miss it somewhere?
You have to add it in the Optional Rules in the Character Creation main page for ypur cheacter. You can go to edit and it should be the first option
Then, under class, click on the tab near the top with optional rules
Make sure you have access to Tasha's though, as it may not show up unless you have access to it
*mispost*
I think the OP is looking to a way to access the stat block of the bestial spirit not see the spell
