I have been looking for the answer to no avail. Can somebody tell me if the Giant's Might ability of the Rune Knight stacks with the Duergar's Enlarge racial trait?
Is there a sage advice out for this? I just think that a medium -> large -> huge character is OP, especially when the Rune Knight gets Runic Juggernaut at 18th level with the possibility of becoming gargantuan!
It does, you just have to mind that a rune Knight's giant might feature says it turns you large. It doesn't just increase size, you simply go to the large category. So, basically, if you want to be Huge, you need to use giants might THEN use the enlarge racial trait.
It would be fun to wrestle a terrasque or an ancient dragon to the ground.
The downside is that you can only grapple one opponent at a time. So you would basically make your entire character just around a fighter who can turn off their fighter-ness to be a better "hold" spell. I think that is a really fun option that works with the team, some see that as very sub-optimal because you aren't nuking things with a greatsword.
Polearm Master with a halberd will basically own the whole battlefield. Also, it should be noted that giants might only states that it makes you Large. It does not mention weight increase or damage increase of weapons the way Enlarge does.

It stacks. It could be fun for a grappler build.

You just need a free hand to grapple, so you can grapple two targets, assuming both are free.
