When a Rune Knight uses Giant’s Might to become Large (as long as there is room for this to happen). Does this mean that on a table top, my PC now takes up four 5 foot squares? Same question for when a Level 18 Runic Juggernaut can become Huge...does the PC now cover nine 5 foot squares?
I believe so, it only makes sense if 2x2 has a 5 ft reach, same as 3x3 having a 5 ft reach but the space they cover is more so I believe it’s 5 ft from how big the creature/PC is.
Speaking of Giant's Might, could someone please help me to clarify it's limitation: "If you are smaller than Large, you become Large, along with anything you are wearing. If you lack the room to become Large, your size doesn’t change."
Does this only mean, that you don't grow large in size, but still gain the other benefits (advantage on Strength and extra damage), or does it mean that just nothing happens? Logically, I understand it in a way, that the benefits are the result of growing large. But it doesn't say so; luckily, if your character is indoors.

I’d rule if you can’t get large, nothing happens.
Now I just went and re-read it. Those are three separate bullet points, so I’d actually say, yes, you do get the other benefits.

You still get the advantage on Strength checks and saving throws. You still get the extra D6 damage on one of your weapon/unarmed attacks each round.
Those benefits are independent of your size change.
You have learned how to imbue yourself with the might of giants. As a bonus action, you magically gain the following benefits, which last for 1 minute:
If you are smaller than Large, you become Large, along with anything you are wearing. If you lack the room to become Large, your size doesn’t change.
You have advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
Once on each of your turns, one of your attacks with a weapon or an unarmed strike can deal an extra 1d6 damage to a target on a hit.

I think I found the answer to my own question.... Large creatures take up 4 squares (2x2) (https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dmg/running-the-game#CreatureSizeonSquaresandHexes). So, would my PC would still have a 5 ft. reach, but have a larger space to reach from. Same goes for Huge 9 squares (3x3)
