So the TCOE Psi Warrior is not available when using 2024 while the TCOE Rune knight is. I can only assume this is on purpose....so if they publish a Rune knight in the future the TCOE option with disappear? Just confused now....in particular as there is no appricalbe change to the Psi Warrior...
WOTC changed how the psionic dice progresses. TCOE's progression was tied to Proficiency Bonus while the 2024 has a set progression. While the progression is exactly the same if you are going straight Fighter, it becomes a big deal if you multi-class. You could take a 3 level dip in Psi-Warrior and still have 12 psi dice at level 20. That is no longer the case.
OK, but still my old content no longer works. Which also implies as they add new content the other old content won't work.
Select the legacy 2014 fighter instead of the 2024 fighter for your base class, and you should see your old content.

Yes, the new content that overwrites the old content overwrites it.
