No duel weilder or tough feat

Hey I’m trying to make my character from 2014 rules to the new 2024 on dnd beyond . My mountain dwarf fighter is lv 8 and the original 2014 rules i had the drop down menu for feats show me duel wielder and tough . But when I try and do it to the new rules it doesn’t come up at all! Idk what im doing wrong . 

Our campaign Dm is sharing the digital players handbook 2024 with us. Do I need to buy it separately?

If you notice for the 2024 handbook, there is no separation for dwarfs.  But tough is built in as Dwarfs get a +1 for HPs,   the equivalent of getting a +2 to CON.  If you want a dual wielder of weapons, there is a fighting style you might be able to pick.
