Action Surge and Extra Attack

My Dm and the other fighter multi class keep insisting that you only get one attack with action surge like it's haste a do you get your extra attack when you action surge?

With Extra Attack you can attack twice instead of once whenever you take the Attack action on your turn, including When you use Action Surge feature.

With Haste the target gain an additional action on each of its turns, which specifically limit the Attack action to one attack only compared to the above feature.

Yeah, Haste explicitly says that it limits the extra action to one attack. Action Surge doesn't say anything like that, so there are no limits on what action you can take with it.

If the intent were for Action Surge to be limited like Haste is, the description of Action Surge would say that.

soy guerrero 1 / brujo 4 , estoy considerando subir 2 niveles más de guerrero, pero no sé si la acción súbita me va dejar usar mis invocaciones, ya que si lo leemos tal como está escrito las invocaciones son rasgos de brujo y se consideraría acción de mágica, no? ¿como lo entienden ustedes?

estoy atacando con el pacto de la espada y añadiendo el truco de Impacto certero, entiendo que el truco no lo podría usar, pero me surge la duda de las invocaciones. Gracias

It depends on the Invocation. Some of them involve using a Magic action and some don't. Each individual Invocation tells you what it does.

The Invocations that involve casting a specific spell — the ones that say something like "You can cast Disguise Self without using a spell slot" — would generally not be allowed, as casting such a spell would still be using a Magic action.
