If we're talking about optimization, your choices don't complement each other very well. If you are wearing heavy armor then pumping dex over con is probably not the best decision. If you are a front line fighter then taking archery over great weapon fighting is a poor choice. If you do wear heavy armor is makes you not the sneakiest person which is a field the gloomstalker is good at. It feels like you're trying to be too many things without really being good at any one thing.
If it's your favorite character than it doesn't matter what we say here. If you are looking for a critique than Kateful above pretty much hit the nail on the head.
I am curious about the decision to put an 18 in WIS. If you were pure ranger maybe I could see it. Possibly you did it so you could multiclass to ranger down the road? Not sure what you did with your 6th level fighter ASI but assuming you bumped STR?
I would have distributed your stats like so STR 18, DEX 18, CON 12, INT 10, WIS 14, CHA 7. You will get many more benefits from Dexterity over Wisdom. Not the least of which would be that you could wear studded leather and have the same AC as wearing a breastplate. So much more stealthy.
I would have also taken Great Weapon Fighting Style instead of Defense. The extra damage is way better than the +1 to AC.
Whatever you do I hope you realize that your CON is far too low. Your next two or three ASI should go to bumping CON. You really are not a front line Damage Dealer with only a 12 CON.
If your planning on mixing it up in melee, constitution for increased hitpoints is usually a prime choice AND is needed for concentration spell checks the ranger will use on, for example hunters mark. (the rangers damage multiplier) but if your not dying and the party isnt being butchered every time you play its clearly working for you as is. I would have thought monster slayer or hunter would have complemented the Samurai better, but if your always in the dark, gloomy might work due to maximisation of use, for example in an underdark campaign.
Enjoy it. But beware the naked yuanti in the underdark, bringers of the apocalypse one and all.
The Defense Fighting Style has saved my life on many occasions, I'd recommend it. The Great Weapon Fighting Style doesn't actually deal that much extra damage, but it's up too you

Hey guys I want your thoughts and opinions on my Fighter, he is my favorite character to play.
Human Fighter/UA Ranger, Urban Bounty Hunter (SCAG)
Currently level 10 in campaign
Str (18) Dex (14) Con (12) Int (10) Wis (18) Cha (7)
Level 7 Fighter Level 3 UA Ranger
Archetypes: Samurai (Fighter) Gloomstalker (UA Ranger)
Fighting Style- Defense
Favored Enemy: Undead (only because we often fight against undead enemies other wise it would be humanoid)
Ranger Fighting Style- Archery (seemed like the best choice as my current party's range consist of just a wizard)
Got Great Weapon Master feat at level 4 and uses a No-dachi (Flavored Greatsword)
Role- Front-line Damage Dealer
He is LN, in the since that he has is own set of rules he lives by.
