Its fun and flavorful!
I wouldnt call it broken, though. At level 20 you have only 83 hit points and negative modifiers to two of your ability scores. Unfortunately, you dont have quite enough levels in monk to get Diamond Soul to offset that issue.
Still, skateboard monk is not something I would have considered
Would be fun for a one shot around a bunch of adventurers tapped to help a skate park from closing down.
