I cannot pick the Way of the Cobalt Soul anymore. Is there an issue that I am not aware of, do I need to reinstall?
You've likely selected the 2024 version of the Monk class. Third-party subclasses aren't available for the 2024 classes yet. Try turning on "Legacy Rules" in the Home tab of the character builder, then change your class to the Legacy/2014 version of the Monk class. You may need to scroll down to find it.

So much for 2024 is backwards compatible!
Well, the 2024 rules do still allow you to use these subclasses. It's just that D&D Beyond's online tools don't support it yet.
