I don't think there are any official rules for the obvious physical downsides to breaking the sound barrier with your chest. If there were, I'd argue that your thigh muscles would just explode long before you hit anywhere near 700mph.
Having all this speed is seems quite amazing, though it might not be that practical in a campaign. Still running in a speed close to a jet plane..... and pointing a dagger while just running straight into something could very well make the tabaxi into a living bullet assuming the Tabaxi can even survive the impact.

Born under the watch of something from the furthest corners of the far realms.... It knows all.... it sees all... and it asks: "What is it that you want to see?"... and my answer is... ALL"

Eh, who's to say that while running that fast, the character just 'drops' the dagger from their grasp and continues running by the target? Perhaps it's just a short sprint and they stop, releasing an item at velocity. Would potentially work the same as a firearm, only without any need for combustion to propel the projectile.
A Tabaxi Monk(10), Barbarian(5) and Fighter(2) can get a base speed of 95ft with Unarmored Movement, Fast Movement, Mobile Feat, Longstrider and Raging with Elk Totem Spirit. With all the bells and whistles that could get up to 3,800 ft per round (or 4,560 if you let Potion of Speed stack with Haste but I don't know anyone who would).
The kinetic energy of the average human (62kg) at that speed would be roughly 1.1 MJ. If my workings are correct that's equivalent to a 2-tonne car travelling at 122 kph (76 mph). I'm sure most people have seen what happens during car crashes at those speeds. Imagine that without the car exterior softening the blow. Simply put - it is ill-advised.

I made a goliath monk/barbarian for my players to fight here. His base speed without any spells is 65 feet.
Their faces when he just sprinted across the map was priceless.
If you need it, I can homebrew it.

May be the monk becomes living plasma at those kinds of speed. I don't run away I tactically retreat. Go Flash go.

You could cast invulnerability. Although that is a 9th level spell.
