Do you own the book yourself, or is it shared with you? If it's shared with you, are you building the character in the campaign where it's shared?
Is the publisher toggle on in the builder?
Which version of the monk are you using? IIRC there's at least one recent third-party book where the subclasses are for the 24 classes, and don't work with the 14, and it could be that one. Try the other one and see.
