If you're using the most recent version of the Aarakocra species (from Monsters of the Multiverse) then yes, because it says that its flying speed is equal to its walking speed. If its walking speed increases, its flying speed increases.
If you are (for who knows what reason) using the previous version of the Aarakocra species from the Elemental Evil Player's Companion, then no, because its flying speed is listed as a flat 50 ft and not connected to its walking speed.

Maybe. You can still ask your DM whether it does or not. Even if it probably doesn't by the rules, they may decide it's reasonable.
