I am playing a rather dumb(5 INT) Level 3 Tiefling Paladin with a lot of STR and CHA, 19 and 20 respectively. I rather enjoy this build, but I am wondering for opinions for if possibly ASI to maybe boost something, or if I should grab a feat.
Bah, with those stats? Normally I'm all for downplaying feats and pushing ability scores on a paladin, but you've already maxed charisma, and 19 is higher strength than the game expects you to have at this level. Honestly, a +4 strength bonus is enough for paladin, period. 15 con could stand to be better, but it's not at all bad. I say go ahead and take an early feat to help define your character's mechanical personality. My favorites for Conquest Paladin include:
Sentinel - lock down an enemy at a time before you get your aura. lock down an enemy even when fighting fearless foes. Lock down one enemy who passes their save. Conquest is a tanking subclass, and sentinel is the premier tanking feat
Alert - there's a huge difference between locking down enemies before they get to act and after. With a huge bonus to initiative and immunity to surprise, Alert makes that difference fall down in your favor more often than not.
Inspiring Leader - a dramatic increase to overall party durability, which is on a fundamental level what tanking is all about, plus very characterful.
Warcaster - you'll want to shore up that concentration save sooner or later. If you have any intention of multiclassing this is the best way to do so, as it also fixes handedness issues with spellcasting (critical especially for reaction spells like Shield), and turns melee cantrips (especially Booming Blade) into opportunity attacks so dangerous that you may not even need Sentinel. Warcaster is a good option even if you stick to single classed paladin, but if you ever plan on dipping hexblade or multiclassing out into sorcerer Warcaster is a must take feat and you might as well grab it sooner rather than later.
Resilient (Con) - again, shoring up concentration saves will be on your to do list sooner or later. If you're absolutely sure you don't intend to multiclass, then Resilient Con is arguably better than Warcaster for you, and it would even out that Con score while you're at it.

Any opinions are welcome.
Stats in order are; 19/12/15/5/10/20.
Asi to boost str and con.
Then at level 8, start thinking about feats

I would Totally go for ASI to get str to 20 and con to 16.
Either that, or take Resilient (Con) to boost con saves and get Con to 16.
