No, in my opinion it is not a very good multiclass. A lot of things clash with each other and do not make a lot of sense. I will list a few examples, firstly 5 levels of Fighter does absolutely nothing that 4 levels of Fighter does not achieve since you can already get Extra Attack from your Paladin or Barbarian levels. That unnecessary level of Fighter could be better invested into another level of Paladin for more spell slots and 3rd level spells. Another level of Warlock would grant an additional spell slot that recovers on a short rest and a couple of invocations. Heck even another level of Barbarian would be better as you get more average hp from the bigger hit die as well as a couple of situational level 7 abilities.
Another point is the conflict of Hexblade and Rage. While the Hexblade's ability lets you use CHA to attack with a one-handed weapon it takes away the bonus damage that Rage grants not to mention being unable to use Reckless Attack as that Barbarian ability also requires you to attack with STR.
This build also looks to be very MAD. At first glance you need 13 STR to multiclass, 14 DEX for medium armor, a decent CON would be nice since you will be playing the tank role and a very high CHA is also required.
Not knowing what you are after I can not answer definitivey but I am fairly sure the answer ir no if you are looking mechanically.
For martial classes a big step is at level 5 due to getting extra attack but these do not stack so you will only have 2 attacks where a level 20 fighter would have 4 attacks and a paladin would be getting divine smite damage every attack (from level 11).
You would also be reliant on a lot of different stats your paladin aura needs a decent charisma, barbarians need high con and strength though not being able ot wear heavy armore also need dex. I have no idea what abilty you will be attacking with
and a lot of the features clash each other for example:
Hexblade allows you to attack using charisma if it is not a two handed weapon, but the barbarian damage bonus while raging requires an attack usng strength.
Most of your barbarian features require you not to wear heavy armor and while you don't have to paladins are iconically heavy armor
Is this of a level 20 one shot or a campaign?
In general the best builds ar either single class or a main class with up to about 3 levels in a second class. There are exceptions but generally you lose out more by missing out on the high level features of a class than gaining the low level features of lots of classes. If you explain a bit more about what you want your character to achieve and why you think this mulyiclass might be good we can help you improve it.
If you give a bit more detail of why you have chosen this build and how you plan to develop it ot level 20 (if it isn't a one shot)
As the others pointed out, you have too much conflict going on with three classes leveled up to receive Extra Attack (that does not stack) the spell prohibiting nature of Barbarian rage that conflicts with Paladin and Warlock casting, and the curious choice to even pick up Hexblade alongside Barbarian as they don’t mesh well. Would drop Barbarian as a whole, shave a level off Fighter, and invest into Hexblade up to level 3 with the rest into Paladin

While I agree there are a lot of conflicts without knowing more about the build we don't know exactly what they are. While a barbarian cast not cast a spell or concentrate on a spell while raging many paladins cast very few spells and use all the spell slots for smites which can be done while raging, you can also use your warlock slots for smiting, though you could prepare learn spells for utility when you are not raging (mage hand, comprehend languages, detect magic or long duration non concentration spells like aid or armor of agythis. If you want to be raging paladin and you rolled really well on your stats I could see something like a Paladin 18 / Barb 2 being viable. Similarly if you want a huge amount of nova damage a Paladin 18 / Fighter 2 for a 4th level amd 3 3rd level smites in the first round of combat (if all attacks hit) is great in what it does but quickly runs out of steam
A hexblade dip on a paladin is a classic though it is fine to stop at a single level, I have a (vengence) paladin with a single level hexblade, getting invocations is nice and a pact feature can be useful I felt that I did not want to delay getting my paladin features and if you arte playing at level 20 the increase of your aura to 30 ft makes a huge difference for the party.
You really want to give up invincible conqueror at level 20? Ok, take 1-4 levels in Hexblade warlock depending on which abilities you want (pact boon, ASI/feat, eldritch invocation, etc), but start as Paladin for the armor. The other stuff conflicts and stops you form getting higher level abilities. Why 20 levels? Is this like for a one shot where you start at level 20?
