For some reason my oath spells aren't prepared automatically and I don't have enough slots for prepared spells to add them. I have 4 prepared spells slots. 1 from level rounded down +3 from my charisma modifier.
This is a known issue with using pre-2024 Paladin subclasses with the 2024 Paladin class. It's been reported to the developers many times, but they haven't announced a fix yet (or even whether they're planning to fix it). It may be possible to work around it by making a homebrew copy of the subclass.
For the record, the number of spells a 2024 Paladin (or any 2024 spellcaster class, actually) is not based on their spellcasting ability modifier; it's a fixed number defined for each level in the class description (though it is 4 at level 3).

I wanted to test this out. I made an Oathbreaker, just fine, but I had to choose the legacy Oathbreaker subclass. Oathbreaker isn't really 2024 subclass option, that I can see. The new PHB has your options as Vengeance, Devotion, Ancients and Glory. The other options are 2014 and don't seem to really be compatible with 2024. So my test paladin ended up as a legacy build Oathbreaker. I didn't see how to build one that would be under the 2024 rules! Clearly, Crushdrinker found a way, but I didn't see it as an option.

To be clear, the rules of D&D allow you to use any of the older subclasses with the 2024 version of the class, except for the four that have an updated 2024 version.
On D&D Beyond, all the 2014-style subclasses are available to select when using the 2024 version of the Paladin class. But there's a bug where their always-prepared spells don't work correctly.
It is not just spells though. Several other aspects do not function properly even when remaking a character fully from 2024 rules if they are from non-core books.

Thank you for the information.
