I want to play an oath of conquest barbarian, but I'm tied to as to if I should play a Warforged or an Orc.
My story for the Orc will be that he was outcast from his clan by a rival Orc who gained control of the clan, and now he wants to conquer all before him.
My story for the Warforged is that he was supposed to be decomissioned, but then a law saying that Warforged are considered a new race was passed, but not before all of his friends were scrapped. He now wants to conquer all, especially any Warforged who shares his mindset.
I feel that I want both, but I only have time before I forget to do one of them.

The Warforged story sounds a lot more interesting to me.
pronouns: he/she/they
The warforged wants to conquer those with a similar mindset? Doesn’t make as much sense as the orc in my opinion.
Also, you mean Oath of Conquest Paladin, right?
That was my thought. Unless by conquer, the OP meant recruit as an ally.
