So Like everyone else I’m in quarantine, and my DND group plays over discord, I’m a paladin but an issue I have with “Divine Health.” What if your DM/ GM doesn’t use diseases? As mine does. I know on the DND podcast “NADDPOD” instead of poison immunity they have Caldwell Tanner / Beverly Toegold use a sort of poison and alcohol Intoxication resistance of sorts, so what should Paladin players such as I use instead of disease immunity?
Honestly, disease immunity is one of several features that are effectively ribbons. ie, pretty to look at, nice to have, but largely decorative rather than functional. after all, even if your DM did make frequent use of diseases, even without the immunity you would still have aura of protection to help you resist them, and even if you did fail a save and contract something you could just cure it with a few points of lay on hands, something a paladin can do from day one.
I'd wager diving health rarely comes up in most paladin's careers. If your DM never uses diseases I still wouldn't think it should be replaced with anything else. It's really more flavor text, rather than a significant mechanical ability to begin with.
Don't forget that Divine Health makes you immune to the Harm spell since the spell specifically states that it 'unleashes a virulent disease' in its description. This has been confirmed on Sage Advice.
It really isn't a terribly important ability unless you find yourself fighting slaad on a regular basis. And even then, as Sception said, curing disease is so easy in 5E that it's not really important.

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
