My party consists of a fighter, barbarian, moon druid and ranger Currently I’m considering hunter mark and absorbing element Replacing one with good berry or cure wounds a good idea or not. Currently Druid only has cure wounds

it depends on party tactics and enemy compositon. I find level 2 rangers do not need absorb elements the damage saved at low levels is less than a healing spell but the melee damage may be worth it. Hunters mark works ok at low levels and people debate HM usefulness at higher levels. I lean twards Hunters mark and good berry at low levels. double check that your dm will let you feed goodberries to other people.(at zero hp its great.)
The druid is not going to be using cure wounds in combat because they will not want to leave wildshape. As the only other caster you may want to consider a level of War cleric so you can get some bonus ranged attacks in or having healing word available if one of your meat shields go down. The druid can cast their cure wounds out of combat or they can use hit dice to heal up. Cure wounds during combat is a last resort as you should be trying to bring down your opponent’s hp as you action instead.
I am 50/50 on Favored foe as many people are but i say try out only using favored foe at level 2 and you could add in HM at 3 if you think you need it.
I’m with Rosco on this, try without HM first, if allowed I might suggest Zephyr strike instead. Talk to your DM about it first as some seem to think that once you use the advantage the spell is shot. And the real benefit is the ability to move without creating opportunity attacks. What you want is to be able to keep it up for that as long as you can maintain concentration even if you use the advantage and extra 30’ movement in round 1.
I disagree. Entangle is useful for most of the game, but the druid will have higher spells to cast. It is a great spell if you have a turn where it makes sense. Combined with whatever fresh hell the druid unleashes you can really do horrible things to monsters.
Not arguing that Elf, but at L2 ranger your better off with something else first and then having the Druid cast the entangles. At higher levels when the Druid has better stuff the ranger can add the entangle it’s a great spell, just not generally one of the first 2 a ranger should pick up.
All good. With spells known it was on and off my spell list for a while after it became available post Tasha's. Its a good spell, but someone in the party got a wand of web and then it wasn't as useful.
For a combat medic it’s not the spells you want it’s the healers bag and the medicine skill. The bag is easy but you’ll have to talk with your DM about how to get the skill. The best combat medic spell is goodberry

Just to add we’re using Tasha ranger options so I have the favorite foe feature should I also change out hunter mark? Thanks for advice

I have until tomorrow to decide Cure wounds and zephyr strike are my choices now. But might replace zephyr strike with entangle or ensnaring strike
Let the Druid do entangles to set things up.

As a Ranger it is a good use of a spells known.

Just looking ahead which ranger subclass fits the combat medic role the best. Gloom stalker with alpha strike and stealth or horizon walker movement.

There's some good discussion on ranger spell selection here
