Why do I have 25 uses of " summon beast of sea" for my level 4 Ranger?!?!? doesnt it stay with me until it dies and I am not allowed to have more than one summoned at a time correct?!?!?!?!

Sounds like a bug. You should be able to only summon one Beast of the Land/Sea/Air when you finish a long rest.
