but, with the rolls I got, I could dip into ANY class, so I would be curious to see what people come up with. Would you take 2 levels of fighter to get another fighting style and action surge, more levels of bard to get Jack of all Trades, dip into Wizard and get portents?
Scout seems like a worthwhile pick. Not sure why you took 1 level of cleric and bard. If it was for a little more magic, I feel like 2 levels of druid, sorcerer, or warlock would have been better. Could also go 2 levels fighter for action surge and second fighting style.
2 more levels ranger will get you iron mind for WIS saves. 2 more levels rogue will get you blindsense and also WIS saves.
So, I have a character i am playing Ryder, here he is at the moment as of our last session...

So this might be the best alternative option...https://ddb.ac/characters/13169210/Iqfmge
Taking the fighter levels at 11-15 after reaching 5 Ranger 5 Rogue
This is a pretty good build. A stealthy, quick, skill monkey type that snipes using magic arrows.
I think I will go with that or possibly https://ddb.ac/characters/13354600/DeIlzG, still have a while before I have to decide on which Rogue to take
