I'm trying to find a way to make a Custom Action to include my Rapier damage and Sneak Attack. Is that possible? I know that Sneak Attack appears just underneath under "Other" but I was hoping to make a one-stop-shop of a roll with everything included.
Not with a Rapier, as you can only have a single type of damage die (d6, d8 etc.) on a custom action; you could do it for a shortsword as it uses the same die type as Sneak Attack, but you'd have to keep updating it when your Sneak Attack improves.
Since it's been bumped anyway, what I would like to add is that I strongly recommend using a shortsword over a rapier on a Rogue anyway; a shortsword is eligible for two-weapon fighting whereas a rapier isn't. The option of making a second attack with a dagger or second shortsword if the first misses is worth so much more than a measly 1 point of extra damage on average, as it's a second chance to trigger your sneak attack (which will always be worth more than the small drop in damage for the weapon).
Rapier on a Rogue often feels like a trap to me; mechanically it has no advantage, and thematically you can just decide that your rogue's shortsword is used like a fencing blade and RP it that way (maybe even asking your DM if you can swap the damage type to piercing to represent it).
So yeah, if the goal is simplicity, go with the IMO superior d6 weapon and slap on the sneak attack dice in your custom action (where you can also do the damage type swapping if you want it) and just go around backstabbing to your heart's content. While it'll need to be manually updated to keep it accurate, you only need to do it every two Rogue levels so it's not a huge burden, the character sheet has a separate sneak attack damage roll that you can use to keep you right.
I think you might be able to do it by creating a magic weapon that does additional damage = to the sneak attack? And using it when you have the chance to sneak attack.

Thanks @Haravikk for the answer. It wasn't the one I wanted, but it keeps me from wasting more time trying to figure it out!
