If I am a soul knife rogue and I throw my Psychic Blades, does the fighting style Thrown Weapon add its +2 to the damage roll? 

The psychic blades counts as a simple melee weapon, so I cant see a reason why it shouldn't add the +2 bonus. 

I only ask because its not showing up in my character sheet, so before i opened a bug report I figured I'd ask for a ruling.   

Yes.

It probably is not showing up because you only get the bonus when you actually throw it.  If you stab with it there is no bonus.
