So I enjoy building characters while at work and had an interesting idea but would like some help refining it. So the build stands as a Tabaxi Rouge(swash)13/Fighter(Psi Warrior)7 and the stats are Str8, Dex17, Con14, Int14, Wis10, Cha12. I am building Brigs Starfinder for an eventual game, hopefully, when Spelljammer is out. So background is going to be Sailor or something for those book. What feats/ASI would you all suggest and what/where do I start leveling first. I am using TCoE to move part of the Tabaxi bonus from Cha to Int but thats my only edit. Pardon my sense of humor but with the lv distribution did I just make a Catfolk Jedi?

I would take the following feats. Note I am not a huge fan of Psi-warrior/swashbuckler I think Eldritch knight/swashbuckler would work better, especially if you are willing to push it fighter to 7, or alternatively Psi-Warrior/arcane trikster.
Anyway here is what I would look at:
1st feat (level 4-7): I would go with a dexterity half feat. Either skill expert, or if you have a really nice weapon you plan to use to the end of time either slasher or piercer. If you started as a fighter resilient dexterity is an option too.
2nd feat (level 6-11): magic initiate - warlock with booming blade, green flame blade and Hex.
3rd Feat (level 10-13): dex ASI
4th feat (level 12-15) : Fey Touched intelligence with Hunters Mark
5th feat: (level 16-17): Shadow touched, intelligence with false life
Why so heavy on magic? I get Booming blade and Green Flame and it never hurts to have more options. Then I see false life and if cast it will only generate 5-9 temp HP because the highest spell i can cast is 1st. Hunters mark will add maybe 7 extra points of damage if both strikes hit and so will hex. Also hex and hunters are concentration spells and can't stack.
