Personally, I think Shadar-Kai are up there at the top for Rogue races, and is probably the best race, although Tieflings and Drow are also great races for Rogue.

I like the Thri-kreen. 13+Dex AC, advantage on stealth, plus a lot of options for the 4 arms. I personally enjoy running a hand crossbow build.

Natural Armor: But better
