If you have the Invisible condition when you cast a spell on a creature, it has Disadvantage on any saving throw it makes against the spell on the same turn
if you cast true strike from hidden and landed the strike, would that give disadvantage on the cunning strike save dc (assuming you used a ranged or finesse weapon)?
Cunning Strike is not a spell. True Strike is a spell but it's not a spell with a saving throw (or one you cast on a hostile target). So the answer is 'no'.
