I want to make the Grave robber from darkest dungeon but isn't sure what's the best way to build her. assume it's a 27 points system since most of my dms use that system.

Born under the watch of something from the furthest corners of the far realms.... It knows all.... it sees all... and it asks: "What is it that you want to see?"... and my answer is... ALL"
So, the main thing is what about the Grave Robber are you looking to get. Darkest Dungeon is steeped in flavor but most of it is actually created in the player not written out in lore.
The Text I found on the wiki describes them as:
To those with a keen eye, gold gleams like a dagger's point.
Subclasses it's easy to argue: Inquisitive & Thief
The Grave Robber is a versatile and nimble combatant, moving back and forth through the ranks with ease. She strikes without warning and retreats to the shadows, continuing her assault at range. If her throwing daggers and poison darts aren't getting the job done, she can return to the melee, buffed and slinging her pickaxe!
Any Rogue can move around the battlefield quickly, striking without warning and retreating into shadows with Cunning Action. Throwing Daggers in D&D are mechanically OK, but with a range of 20/60, you're not exactly throwing them from very far away. Poison Darts just aren't a thing players have access to. Pickaxe is easy: mechanically it's a rapier, but it looks like a pickaxe for style.
Subclasses it's easy to argue: Inquisitive, Scout, or Swashbuckler as some of the most obvious
The Grave Robber is restless, and prefers to wander while the party camps, always on the lookout for trinkets and baubles. She may reluctantly confess to pilfering an item in the Hamlet prior to departure, or entertain those with a similarly morbid sense of humor with a biting and ironic wit.
Subclasses it's easy to argue: Scout & Thief
A light coat is all the Graverobber will wear, she favours mobility and dexterity over protection. Concealed within her garment are razor sharp throwing daggers, and buckled to her back - a pickaxe!
Studded leather armor, throwing daggers, and a rapier (pickaxe).
The Grave Robber does Blight, Bleed, and Mark... all abilities Rogues don't have in D&D. I think it's a matter of theme of mechanics.
