So i've been thinking swashbuckler rogue blade-lock, maybe dip 2 fighter for duelist, eldritch blast grasp of Hadar this separates the victim away from others, action surge sneak attack with a rapier pact weapon with thirsting blade.
are there other ways you can think to work the swashbuckler as a minor cc. just think target the healer or ranged or caster, force them into 1v1 maybe sentinel, so they can't run when they try
A lot of competition for bonus actions. Hex, hexblade curse, cunning action. You can use darkness with devil sight to get advantage, can't hex though. Warlocks have so many good options and so few opportunities to take them.

Panache and armor of agathys could work well together! Especially because you can halve the damage you take using your reaction.
