It's not showing up for me, but in all honesty I feel like inquisitive is the weakest choice for rogues, one of its bonuses is completely lost by level 11; with reliable talent basically doing it better. I actually played an inquisitive rogue with a friend we were doing kind of a detective noir theme. Super fun but we also never made it to level 11 so I guess it's fine for games you don't think you will make it past level 11.

That's qhy they get three features at lvl 3. ;) Also, good for multiclass rogues. Inquisitives are good but they are very setting dependent to really shine. They're better of in certain campaigns.
I have questions, and assumptions as your link is not working as was previously mentioned.
1. why one level in fighter? is it just to get archery fighting style?
2. I assume War cleric is both for some minor healing and bonus action attacking when you attack. Good stuff all around.
3. 18 levels in rogue is elusive, which is good but i think i would rather have a second level in fighter for action surge or a second level in cleric for +10 on an attack.
Overall I like the build. Mix in sharpshooter feat and you become a monster of ranged death.
The character unfortunately died (did the war cleric dip at 4), but I'm going to use him again for an additional game that I just joined. Your assumptions are correct though. Fighter 1 was for the Archery fighting style, but was unsure if I wanted that second level, and war Cleric was mainly for bless and additional attacks off wisdom score.

Ranged Inquisitive Rogue 18 / Fighter 1 / War Cleric 1
Magic Items selected at lower quality then I would probably have just to be safe
