A wood elf with the Mobile feat and the Superior Mobility subclass feature has a movement speed of 55' per round. If you use your movement, your action, and your bonus dash to move you'll hit 165' per round. How fast is that? That's 18.75 miles per hour. In comparison: the World Record for the 100 meter dash (held by Usain Bolt) is 9.58 seconds, or 23.35 miles per hour. The World Record for the 400 meter dash (held by Wayde van Niekerk) is 43.03 seconds, or 20.79 miles per hour.
So yeah, you'd be fast. Heck, you'd be wicked fast. But it's not beyond the realm of normal capability.
Rogue Scout from XGtE has a feature called "Superior Mobility" which gives the character 10' more movement.
If you also took the Feat called "Mobile" that also gives an extra 10' of mobility
Would they stack????
I assume so as the are called completely different things
This would mean that a Wood Elf would have a pace of 55' which is about that of a horse. which for a wood elf scout wouldn't be unreasonable ??
Dum Vivimus vivamus
Yes, they stack.
And, of course, you can use your bonus action to dash so you can use your action and bonus action and movement ot go 165' in a single round.
Here's some context.

Besides the ability being stacked if probable, that would only apply on a perfectly flat surface with no obstacles...
Not true. The Mobile feat negates the effects of rough terrain on movement.

Very handy if you're competing in the Hurdles.
