So the idea is that Verenestra (a fey diety, daughter of Titania... who is the head of the Seelie Court) took the form of a nymph had a tryst with a very charismatic half elf hexblade warlock. The warlock was blinded by the encounter and gave up adventuring. The daughter (npc) resulting from the union had characteristics somewhere between a nymph and an eladrin. Since the warlock was the baby daddy and would have a hand in raising the child, and Verenestra didn't want the hexblade warlock's patron to have an influence on the child, Verenestra asked her mother Titania for help. Titania worked some kind of magic or cut some kind of deal to acquire the patronage of that particular instance of the hexblade pact. The fey-hexblade pact eventually got passed to the granddaughter of the half elf and Verenestra.
So what should a fey-hexblade pact look like? I'm hoping first level class features of a hexblade higher level features of archfey, spell list is mostly fey but with sleep replaced by shield.
Does that seem unbalanced to you?
Sort of wrong forum but the granddaughter pc (eladrin stats) would be divine soul sorcerer 2/fey-hexblade warlock 3/sorcerer the rest of the way, neutral domain to get dragonfly/fairy wings.
Warlock would go pact of chain to get a pixie familiar who is actually family , as in her cousin, "our grandmum has a very active social life".
I'm making my own spin on this essentially with some changes. The fairy is a gestalt build (leveling in two classes at the same time. She is a fairy pact of chain archfey patron warlock and homebrew archon sorcerer. The archon gives you an additional force damage die when you hit with a leveled spell slot. This is to keep her from coffeelock and incentivise using her spell slots rather than stockpiling endlessly in this build. She's going to be playing in the Yokai Realm from Ryoko's guide, and was raised by Yokai.
I know this doesn't answer your question, but I feel however you flavor the character is up to you and your DM.
My suggestion would be keep her fey nature a secret and have Titania as the patron, maybe make it as they are a secret knight of the fey courts sent to ferret out threats against the fey
