I'm unsure if this is the proper forum to post this in but I'm making a draconic bloodline sorcerer and my campaign is starting at level 3. I wanted to pick the transmuted spell metamagic because it fits his character very well but it wasn't an option. If anyone knows why this is the case please let me know or direct me to where I should ask this question.
Transmuted Spell came from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything and does not appear in the Basic Rules or Player's Handbook. If you or your DM has not purchased it, either as a part of a purchase of Tasha's or separately, you will not have access to it on D&D Beyond. If your DM has purchased it, the character you create must be a part of their campaign and they must have content sharing enabled.

Thank you all in advance!

You just don't have access to the content. You may just be able to buy individual content instead of a whole book.

Okay that makes sense, thank you.
