. The hound disappears if it is reduced to 0 hit points, if its target is reduced to 0 hit points, or after 5 minutes.
It never states that if you create a second wolf, the first disappears. It only costs sorcery points, and not on a rest, so is this spammable? Can you have multiple wolves to give every enemy monster disadvantage? Can you send 4 wolves to harass a single enemy, destroying your DMs initiative order? I need answers!
Yes you can have as many Hounds as you want. It just costs 3 Sorcery Points and a Bonus Action per Hound. So if you want to send 4 Hounds to harass a single enemy its gonna take you at least 4 rounds to summon them.
Not the best use of your Sorcery Points or Bonus Actions in my opinion but if you like the idea then go for it.
I have this epic idea, where you upcast hold monster/person to hit multiple people, then shoot out a bunch of hounds to permanently give them all disadvantage. Guess I`ll have to pre-cast the hounds though.

I love doing that!! I had a shadow/fiend sorlock who was basically Crowley from Supernatural, he loved his "hell hounds" lol
