4 levels in sorcerer(draconic) and 1 level of warlock(hexblade)
this gives you an hp of 52, meta magic (quicken spell, twinned spell), the ability to use your charisma modifier for bonus damage instead of strength or dexterity. You also get an AC of 17 if you can find half plate.
If you use quicken spell on green flame blade and then twinned spell on another green flame blade then, presuming you use a longsword, you can deal 3d10+6d8+24, max of 102, min of 35. Sure this would use up three of your sorcery points but you could always exchange a few spell slots for more, after all with the spell slots you have you can exchange them all for 8 sorcery points. This means that you could pump this damage out at least 4 times a day. If that isn't good enough you can take two more levels in warlock to give yourself 4 sorcery points per short rest. Also if you take the pact of the blade then you can upgrade from a long sword to a great sword which will increase the damage to 6d6+6d8+24, max of 108 and min of 38, not much of an upgrade but its decent.
At this level an average fighter will be going with an action surge 4d10+16 for a max of 56
If there is anything incorrect with this build or any further suggestions you could make I would love to hear them.
Note. I'm currently playing with a similar build. I instead took 1st lvl in Shadow Sorcerer and the rest in Hexblade. I theme the level of Shadow Sorcerer as *part* of my Pact. I'm a Black Dragonborn, and it works very well. I theme my spells as being Dragonic, so when I cast Thunderwave (my sorcerer spell), I theme it was another breath weapon.
It works very well. Eye in the Dark has been *nice* to have and has saved from having to buy Devil's Sight yet. Strength of the Grave has literally saved my character's life twice so far.
I have this one character who I rolled ridiculously good for and here is this idea, but otherwise I just think that the hexblade is a good idea, but not the best. I also played a Sorcerer who had three levels of Fighter with Champion Archetype, but it wasn't the best design as my DM gave it to me after my Monk died. In reality, you could go with Paladin to give yourself the best option to Charisma/Strength combo and survivability as you pump up Sorcerer:
Well as someone else already pointed out you cannot twin a green flame blade. Other than yeah, it can be a pretty fun way to play, you have the option to do the Devil's Sight + Darkness cheese and if you're an elf grab Elven Accuracy for the absurdly high chance to hit or even crit (advantage + free reroll on one advantage die)
Alternatively, if instead you went 1 fighter, you would get all the proficiency you need and you could focus strength and simply wear full plate. Then go to 5 in sorc to get haste, then the rest in eldritch knight. This lets you use things like absorb elements and such too. If you focus on spells that do not really use you're caster modifier you won't really miss it since you're focused on smashing faces anyway.
Sorlock can also use Grasp of Hadar and Lightning Lure to pull targets closer to them. I would take two levels of warlock to definitely get Grasp of Hadar on my eldritch Blast, and likely devil's sight as the second invocation for darkness cheese. You can still use EB, when you are forced to fight from range, even though it's not your focus. I'd also go divine sorc, because there are some nice touch range divine spells like Inflict Wounds. Since you're going to be at touch range anyways, might as well go big.

You can't Twin Spell Green Flame Blade.
It already targets more then 1 person, so it's not eligible for Twin.
You can Twincast Booming Blade though.
