Hello, if a sorcerer cast a careful fireball on a vulnerable to fire PC, does he take full damage or no damage ?

(Sorry for my english, i'm french)

No Damage. The carfull spell bring the damage down to 0 and then the vulnerable doubles it 0x2=0 damage.
