Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be a divination or an enchantment spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list.
The clockwork magic feature is similar.
On DnDBeyond so far, I can not swap these spells out. Will that be added later, or am I missing a button somewhere?
I know there are still a few things that I believe the site is working on to catch up to all the things Tasha's added. Like the Fighter Initiate and Eldritch Initiate doesn't give you the options to choose your fighting style or the Eldritch Invocation.
This might be one of the other things that they're working on correcting later on, I'm not sure though.
If you don't see this correct within the next week or so, I would recommend opening up a support ticket to get this corrected.
Go into Homebrew, create new feat with a copy of Magic Initate. Add spell slots for the spell level you want to replace. Add the feat to your character, and then choose the spells. I just renamed my existing "replaced" spells to something like "--replaced--". If anyone has a better way let me know.
Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
copy the subclass in homebrew, click edit on the Psionic spells feature (or Clockwork magic)
delete the table with the list of spells from the list in the description. click save
Click edit on the spells you want to change, click save
remove the spell and change it to the one you want., click save
voila!
The result: you wont be able to select your spell with a scroll-down menu in the edit a character sheet menu. But, the spells you selected will appear in your spell list with the Psionic spell tag, or Clockwork magic tag.
So when you level up, if you want to select a new spell from the list, you have to edit your homebrew and select a new spell following these same steps.
I never tried to edit the Divine Soul with this method, but it might be possible. I think one issue you could bump into is loosing access to the cleric spell list. I might look into at some point in the future.
I hope dndbeyond fixes this issue fast. There will be more people interested in playing the new sorcerers and some might be turned away from playing it just because of this problem...
First time I believe posting here. Is there any information about the aberrant mind psionic spell list swap function when leveling up? I have been trying to figure it out for a little bit and have had no luck. I not very good at using the homebrew section on dndbeyond either, so, that makes it a little harder.
Appreciate any info that is provided, i did read the forum here before posting also. Was searching for the right thread aswell lol.

The Divine Soul Sorcerer in my party still has this issue with switching out his first level spell that he got from his subclass, so I would expect that the Aberrant Mind Sorcerers are having a similar problem still if they want to switch out spells.
It has not and I don't think it will be. The Divine Soul fix has never happened. It doesn't seem to be a priority for the developers or they can't figure out how to make it work. In any case, you can homebrew the subclass as suggested or let your DM know when you change out a spell.
I just created a ticket for it (a year after release). We'll see what they say. I get that there's a workaround but this is a fixable issue that should have been handled a long time ago. Character sheet compatibility, especially with beyond20 as an extension, should be a high priority and it's obviously not. They handled these things quickly in the past so something has changed and the change isn't for the better.
Im pretty sure the backend is written in PHP, its been a long time since I've done dev work in PHP but I cant see it being that hard for these issues to be remedied. They clearly have spell types tagged by school so logically they would be a separate cell in the database that can be used to easily pull and sort data since it can be searched by school in the advanced search feature. I personally think that they probably lost a lot of their senior developers and have their elbows deep implementing new content and bug chasing. I also suspect that a large amount of the source code was put together to "just make it work" in the beginning so dealing with and fixing those issues to make things better in the future is something thats probably a know issue and also something that would require a decent amount of rebuilding. With that and some bigger questions about Wizards possibly making their own character manager and possibly VTT would leave me to wonder if they are wanting even deal with that with a possibly uncertain future as rebuilding the app in a new X.0 release would probably take 6-12 months of dedicated development work.
So in short making what seems like simple changes could be anything from a lack of time, the thought that it works and there is a viable workaround so we'll worry about it later to or Its a know issue that will be resolved in a massive, possibly year or multiyear update process to a new X.0 update.

How can I fix this if it is not updated?

Same issue as with Divine Magic. I just created a custom feat that grants me the spells I want while ignoring the ones I "swapped" out.
Same here
Still can’t do it with divine soul, so I made a custom one.
I’m hoping the addition of these two subclasses will motivate them to do it.
How did you do that?

Excellent workaround.

Another way to homebrew a solution to this issue:
copy the subclass in homebrew, click edit on the Psionic spells feature (or Clockwork magic)
delete the table with the list of spells from the list in the description. click save
Click edit on the spells you want to change, click save
remove the spell and change it to the one you want., click save
voila!

Here's the AM Psionic spells available to you if you want to switch some: https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells?filter-class=0&filter-class=6&filter-class=7&filter-class=8&filter-level=1&filter-level=2&filter-level=3&filter-level=4&filter-level=5&filter-school=5&filter-school=6&filter-search=&sort=level
Here's the CS Clockwork Magic list: https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells?filter-class=0&filter-class=6&filter-class=7&filter-class=8&filter-search=&filter-level=1&filter-level=2&filter-level=3&filter-level=4&filter-level=5&filter-school=3&filter-school=10&filter-verbal=&filter-somatic=&filter-material=&filter-concentration=&filter-ritual=&filter-sub-class=&sort=level

Bump.
Had this been resolved yet? I can’t seem to do this for a clockwork sorcerer on other either the website or the iOS app.

It hasn’t been resolved but this thread might help. It worked for me.
