So I saw a post either here or on Giant in the Playground where someone made a halfling warlock that would serve as a kind of Godfather figure with their abilities. and I cannot for the life of me find it. Used one of the Dragonmark halflings, but that's about all I can remember. If anyone can help me find the original post, that'd be great.
