I have a warlock who’s patron is the Raven Queen. What’s a good pact weapon That would fit what my patron gifted my character? My character is a wood elf and she’s a multi class with hex-blade warlock and college of swords bard
Probably a Rapier, if the DM will go for it, maybe a Vicious one, otherwise maybe something that will give you Darkness you can cast around yourself, and you can use your Devil's Sight to see through it. Go for the Dueling fighting style with the Bard.

Pact weapons can't do that.
Thematically a longsword is probably the most "wood elfy". A spear, short sword or scimitar would probably also work.
If you are going pact of the blade, there isn't much reason not to take one of the big weapons like a great sword through the Pact of the Blade feature. Although a reach weapon could be thematically cool for a wood elf.
Or, it could be easy flavor if you DM allows for you to treat a halberd or a maul as some kind of magically indestructible instrument.
Double-Bladed Scimitar. It's a two handed weapon, but doesn't have the heavy property, and has a five foot range.
It does 2D4+modifier damage, and allows you to do an attack of 1D4+modifier as a bonus action. It weaponizes your bonus action without having to invest in Polearm Master.
It's from Eberron, and there's also an Elf only feat Revenant Blade that gives you +1 Str or Dex, gives you +1 AC if you're using it with two hands (which you have to anyway) and it makes the DBS a finesse weapon so you can use it with dexterity.
Of course if you're summoning it as your pact weapon you'll be using your charisma statistic anyway, and you won't really need the Revenant Blade feat. The +1AC is nice, but but committing an entire feat just to that is kind of a waste.
Unfortunately DBS doesn't synergise with either of the Fighting Styles available to College of Swords: Two Weapon Fighting and Dueling. Personally, I'd like to see College of Swords get access to a couple of the new fighting styles in Tasha's; I think either or both of Thrown Weapon Style or Blind Fighting would make a lot of sense thematically. Of course, that still wouldn't help with DBS.
My favorite pact weapon for especially a Hexblade Warlock is a glaive. Especially with Pact of the Blade and Improved Pact Weapon. (which allows you to attune with weapons of the two-handed property) Assuming your charisma is a +5, your average damage is going to be about a 12, and you can also use it as an arcane focus which is awesome. (Probably don't trust my quick math, i'm still working on my Glaivelock build.)

For the raven queen, I think halberd, scythe, or a haladie (you could probably just reflavor a dagger); oooh, or a hexwhip.

If you're playing a Bard with a dip into Hexblade, just take a D8 weapon like longsword or rapier with the dueling fighting style.
However you do get more damage from the DBS even compared to a longsword with dueling.
Dueling gives you the option of switching to a sword and shield when you need the extra AC.
