I personally would not waste a feat and would take pact of the tome and book of anichent secrets evocation because it is actually better than feat because you can learn every ritual spell in the game.Rtual caster feat is class specific. I'd take fey touched or shadow touch feat if I were you instead for a feat making that charisma a 18 and getting 2 extra spells you can cast is a much better option. I guess it depends on what lv your campigin goes to.
I suppose it depends on what Pact boon you really want. Tome pact is great for someone who whishes to drive towards a full on caster. The BoAS then adds much more vesatility to that caster.
I'm a fan of the BoAS invocation, as you get more invocations than feats. A feat should help you overall in my opinion (upping a stat or shoring up a weakness (Resilient for example on a Warlock wanting CON saves, +1 con helps too)
I'd lean towards BoAS for you assuming the above is true.
