The setup: The Party is in a small area, and the monsters have cast Cloudkill in-between themselves and the party. My warlock is not within the cloud, and therefore still has all their vision about them. The cloud is between the warlock and the monster who cast it. The warlock casts Eldritch Blast, a spell that's only requirement is "within range".
The Question: Does the Warlock cast Eldritch Blast at disadvantage because of Cloudkill, or does it cast Eldritch Blast normally, since it doesn't require sight to hit?

Cloudkill Heavily Obscures the target, which result in:
Disadvantage on the attack roll, because the Warlock cannot see the Target.
Advantage on the attack roll, because the Target cannot see the Warlock.
If the Target hasn't taken the Hide action, these cancel out, and the roll is as normal.
If the target successfully pulls off a Hide against the Warlock before the shot happens, the Warlock has to guess which square they're in.
