Does the pet gain sight benefits from his master aka devil sight. And if the warlock sees through his pet does devil sight kick in ?

Born under the watch of something from the furthest corners of the far realms.... It knows all.... it sees all... and it asks: "What is it that you want to see?"... and my answer is... ALL"
Additionally, as an action, you can see through your familiar's eyes and hear what it hears until the start of your next turn, gaining the benefits of any special senses that the familiar has. During this time, you are deaf and blind with regard to your own senses.
To me this means you're using your familiar's senses not your own.

thanks, I actually read it and wanted to just confirm it. Then i guess it's the same with the gaze of two minds?

The solution I arrived at was to take an imp as my familiar; he has Devil's Sight on his own. I dropped Devil's Sight from my character, and if I need it, I just have the imp sit on my shoulder and look through his eyes.
I would point out that while your solution is reasonable for scouting (seeing through the Imp's Devil's Sight), it won't be helpful in a combat situation. In combat it would be your Action to see through your familiar's eyes and so "yes" you can see them, but now you can't do anything about it because it only lasts for that turn.
I only recently realized that Devil's Sight and Darkvision don't interact. I now understand that my Tiefling Warlock with Devil's Sight treats all conditions as "Bright Light." In Bright Light conditions I have full vision. Due to Darkvision instead of seeing as per Dim Light, I see Dim Light as Bright Light. (not interaction with Devil's Sight). Due to Devil's Sight I see Darkness (magical or otherwise) as Bright Light, instead of as per Darkvision seeing only in black and white in non-magical.

Unless you have a way to attack as a bonus action, I guess. I could wreck someone's day with Crown of Stars this way.
Considering the specific granting exceptions to general rules: Has there ever been an official clarification over the Warlock invocation Voice of the Chain Master (phb 111) where it says you can perceive through your familiar's senses without saying this takes your Action to do? This is an upgraded familiar available only to one class who chooses Pact of the Chain. Is this changing the text of the Find Familar spell just as it is changed by allowing more familiar options? If so Pact of the Chain becomes more appealing.
I've wondered about this too. I recently played a Genie patron Pact of the Chain warlock and had to do some deep digging with regards to if & how I could benefit from having an Imp with Devil's sight and Voice of the Chain Master in combat, the obvious scenario being throwing up a Darkness bubble and throwing some EBs while warging through the imp's eyes. It makes sense that this would be a common strategy, given that the "you are blinded and deafened to your own surroundings" caveat of Find Familiar is actually a great tip for if the PC themself is ever blinded or deafened. A sightless hexarcher looking through the eyes of his owl, soaring quietly 100 feet ahead in the forest, to triangulate his longbow shot. Seems like a sensical trope/tool, and investing an entire Invocation (the real heart of the warlock class and what makes them so cool. Silent Image at will?? Forever??) into your ability to seamlessly share information with your eldritch familiar makes it even more reasonable an assumption to make. Taking an entire action to swap eyes with a being that I got from a contract called 'the Pact of the Chain'? The relationship to familiar here is clearly implied to be more master/servant than a wizard with their owl pal. The pact of the chain is all about control, what I see as the fulfillment of the 'iron fist in a velvet glove' promise of the warlock class.
Ultimately it's up to each DM to rule, but if one of my PCs was blinded and wanted to just sub out their sense for their imp's, I would allow that freely, or maybe as a bonus action to activate and a bonus action to come out of. Taking things meant to be utility buffs and finding dangerous ways to manipulate them is part & parcel of the warlock lifestyle, baby!

The specific over general with voice of the chain master is it overrides the 100 foot distance to telepathically communicate and use their senses Changing it to the same plane of existence. And it allows you to speak through it.
It doesn’t specifically mention being blinded and deaf as there is no change to the find familiar spell. Typically the rules in 5E says what you can do, not what you can’t. For it to be a specific over general change it actually has to say it in the rules. It doesn’t say you ignore the blinded/deafened so it still stands.
Edit: in other words it can’t be specific over general by omission

Thrikreen is correct here. Voice of the Chain Master does not remove any of the action economy or senses requirements of Find Familiar. It only changes the mental communication and sense riding abilities. It should also be noted that it does not combine these abilities. These are all still in place if you choose to ride your Familiar's senses. So what takes you an action with Find Familiar still takes you an Action with Voice of the Chain Master.
Also a note on Devil's Sight. Devil's Sight does not effect dim light. It only affects full darkness. You see through normal and magical full darkness with it as if it were day but areas of dim light will still be dim light to your senses. It's one of those nasty little details of specific over general. It doesn't in any way alter the general issue of dim light in what it allows.
Also. the Devil's Sight of the Imp is not the same as the Devil's Sight from the Invocation. The Devil's Sight only allows regular dark vision to work through magical darkness. Which means for the imp Darkness (including Magical) turns to dim light and that dim light turns to regular light. This is a very important distinction when going this route because it has ramifications on the way that some various things function.
